JOB VACANCIES

We are an International company based in Jakarta, with main business as claim management and administration services. The company is working together with hospitals, clinics and insurance companies to provide the best services and we need a team of stars to get this up and running!

To get started we have a challenging opportunity for individual with experience to play a key role within our company.

1.HOSPITAL NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR (Executive and Manager)

RESPONSIBILITY:
•Liaising with hospital and insurance companies to provide the best service
•The delegation of customer service work among the team
• Creating and maintaining documentation of your networking
• Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements and conditions
• Other duties as may be requested or directed by management

REQUIREMENT:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Effective negotiation skills and implementation/influencing skills
• Desire to network outside and inside the organization to build relationships
• Ability to independently plan, organize and priorities work
• Willingness to work toward team objectives and work well with others
Account Management experience is desired

2. ADMISSION (Executive and Manager)

RESPONSIBILITY:
• Primarily an in-house administrative function, focusing on admission and discharge of patients to and from hospitals, and processing of “cashless” medical insurance claims
• Liaison with hospital admission department, insurance companies and policyholder
Good listener with effective communication skills

REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Management / Social Science / Science / Chemistry / Engineering or other discipline
• Good listener with effective communication skills
• Customer-focused
• Able to multi task while maintaining integrity and quality of service
• Preferably with experience in managed care operations in the areas of Customer service and Claims administration

3. CLAIM (Executive and Manager)

RESPONSIBILITY:
• Processing of reimbursement medical insurance claims
• Liaison with insurance companies and policyholders

REQUIREMENT:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Management / Social Science / Science / Chemistry / Engineering or other discipline
• Good listener with effective communication skills
• Customer-focused
• Able to multi task while maintaining integrity and quality of service
• Preferably with experience in managed care operations in the areas of Customer service and Claims administration

4. CALL CENTER (Executive and Manager – Night Shift)

RESPONSIBILITY:
• Primarily an in-house administrative function, focusing on admission and discharge of patients to and from hospitals, and processing of “cashless” medical insurance claims
• Liaison with hospital admission department, insurance companies and policyholders. Good listener with effective communication skills

REQUIREMENT:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Management / Social Science / Science / Chemistry / Engineering or other discipline

5. MEMBERSHIP (Executive)

RESPONSIBILITY:
• Primarily an in-house membership enrolment and issuance of Medical Cards.
• Liaison insurance companies and policyholders
REQUIREMENT:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma from any field.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• PC literate in Microsoft Office & Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. IT STAFF (Executive)

RESPONSIBILITY:
• To manage the day-to-day IT operations
• Manage internal and external projects as assigned with the Project Manager
• Ensure projects are delivered to customers according to the specification & timeline
• Develop functional specifications, test cases, test scripts, manual, technical documentation & other relevant project documentation
• To work hand in hand with the company’s management towards meeting the customers’ needs and expectations.
• Prepare and provide timely reports
• Should be flexible, willing to work long hours when necessary and have attitude to meet targets. Hands on approach and must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to handle multiple concurrent tasks, and able to manage his/her time and deliverables to meet the project requirements.

REQUIREMENT:
• Candidate must possess minimum of Professional Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 2-3 years in relevant field experience or have done software development IT projects.
• Prior hands-on programming experience with Visual Basic/ASP.Net/EDC Firmware/other programming language and related technologies is a must as it is crucial for you to be able to translate functional requirements into technical requirements alongside the technical team.
• Perform MS SQL maintenance, create views and automation for reports
• Setup / maintain / repair computer hardware / software related issues
• Extensive experience in managing change and engaging team members
• Advanced facilitation and communication skills especially while dealing with customers of various levels such as business end-users, IT end-users, etc.

7. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

REQUIREMENT:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Management / Social Science / Science / Chemistry / Engineering or other discipline.
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Indonesian.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office & Excel.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• A self-starter, fast learner and independent
