QC Supervisor
Based in Cikampek, Indonesia
Preferred Education and Experience
Degree in Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in quality
Preferable with automotive experience
Quality Skills
Good understanding of ISO/TS 16949
Advance Product Quality Process (APQP)
Production Planning Approval Process (PPAP)
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Potential Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA)
Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
Certified Internal Quality Auditors
Other Skills
Good in written and oral English
Good in technical report writing
Good in problem solving
Good communication & leadership
Job Responsibilities
Manage daily inspector's activities
Handle customer concerns
Solving quality concerns in plant and customer.
Ensure quality management systems are complied
Conduct Internal Quality Audit
Establish work instruction for inspection
Ensures Product Safety compliance
Conduct Product Safety Manufacturing Certifications
Fulfilling quality related deliverables for APQP
Ensure Customer Specific Requirements are complied
Focus on shop floor and product compliances
