EXECUTIVE SEARCH CONSULTANT
Position for consultant with 2-5 years experience in the executive search and/or recruitment activities. Extensive network and excellent interpersonal skill are mandatory
As a consultant you will be involved in a number of projects simultaneously; thus, you are expected to be a pro-active leader and team player as well as able to work independently.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
The candidate must have min. 3 years in managing large client base in service industries (such as: banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, group of companies, etc) as network builder and client acquirer.
The ideal candidate should have min. bachelor degree from reputable university. A go getter, he or she must also have unquenchable thirst for knowledge and network.
As part of the JCG team, you should be fluent in English, mature, stable, dynamic and energetic. High dedication and integrity are mandatory characteristics. You are expected to be a pro-active leader and team player as well as able to work independently. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to demonstrate tact and discretion and be highly flexible.
