Sales and Merchandising Manager [Code: SMM]

Brief outline of duties:

• Handle the sales and merchandising activities as an Independent Team Leader
• Work on developing new European/US customers
• Lead a team of senior merchandisers and merchandisers and make sure of their high quality performance
• Report to the Management about order status
• To be part of new initiatives from the group   

The Successful Candidate:

• WNI
• S1 Degree from reputable university.
• Minimum 12 years working experience with at least 5 years in managerial position
• Experience to deal with US/Europe customers
• Through knowledge of outerwear, casual bottoms, and jacket products
• Good understanding of testing standards, pattern and markers, YY, and other related technical skills
• Excellent communication and decision making skills
• Strong leadership skills, able to develop and motivate subordinates
• Able to work under pressure and adverse conditions
