To keep up with our organizational dynamics, we are looking for highly motivated and passionate professional to fill the following position:
Sales and Merchandising Manager [Code: SMM]
Brief outline of duties:
- Handle the sales and merchandising activities as an Independent Team Leader
- Work on developing new European/US customers
- Lead a team of senior merchandisers and merchandisers and make sure of their high quality performance
- Report to the Management about order status
- To be part of new initiatives from the group
The Successful Candidate:
- WNI
- S1 Degree from reputable university.
- Minimum 12 years working experience with at least 5 years in managerial position
- Experience to deal with US/Europe customers
- Through knowledge of outerwear, casual bottoms, and jacket products
- Good understanding of testing standards, pattern and markers, YY, and other related technical skills
- Excellent communication and decision making skills
- Strong leadership skills, able to develop and motivate subordinates
- Able to work under pressure and adverse conditions
