IT Servers Engineer

JobDescription:
- Provide IT technical support& consultation service to customer
- Handle various kinds of vendors and achieve projects successfully
- Quickly isolate and trouble shoot any system problems like Windows Servers, Linux, Email, Proxy, DNS, etc.
- Make technical proposal and present to customer
- Evaluate and study new IT product
Requirements:
- Degree in IT or related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Familiar with Windows and Linux environment
- Able to design, implement and support; Active Directory, Email system, Backup System, Endpoint Security, Antivirus, Patches Management, etc.
- Good communication skill, highly motivated and excellent logical thinking are required
- Able to work hard under tight schedules, independently or as a team
- Having certification like MCSE, MCITP, MCTS, RHCE is preferable
- Willing to work flexible hours and travel overseas when required
IT Network Engineer

Job Description:

Requirements:

- Familiar with routing protocols like (RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, & OSPF)
- Able to design, implement and support network equipment (Router, Switches, Firewall, Wireless Network, etc)
- Have good knowledge of Windows, UNIX and Linux system
- Knowledge on Microtek router
- Able to implement network monitoring and authentication system
- Good communication skill, highly motivated and excellent logical thinking are required
- Able to work hard under tight schedules, independently or as a team
- Having certification like CCNA, CCNP, CCDP is preferable
- Willing to work flexible hours and travel overseas when required
IT Support Executive (PC Support)

Job Description:
- Handles telephone calls and e-mails from customers (IT-related inquiries and trouble-reporting)
- Ensures all the assigned incidents are handled properly and timely
- Processes weekly, monthly reports and documentations
- Operates the Network Monitoring System
- Performs call center administration jobs
- Performs any other task as assigned
- Perform as first level troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 1 years of working experience in similar position.
- Basic WAN & LAN knowledge
- Good knowledge in PC environment (Windows)
- Good knowledge in handling PC via Remote Access
- Good knowledge in PC Hardware repair
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
