1.   Head of Tax & Financial Planning Department
Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of tax professionals to ensure that the organization's tax strategy is implemented accurately and consistently and in compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and standards.
Requirements:
·         Bachelor Degree in Accounting
·         Minimum of 5 years experience in handling Tax field; experience in the Tax Consultant Firm is preferable
·         Mastering taxation Brevet A, B and C in details (certificated)
·         Detail, Strong Analytical Thinking, leadership & communication skill

2.   Accounting Manager
To be responsible for the orderly accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary - for an accurate accounting of the total business result
Requirements:
·         Bachelor Degree in Accounting
·         Minimum of 3 years experience in Public Accounting Firms with minimum 1 year experience in Operating Company is a must
·         To be posted in Bitung – Tangerang (Banten) and Gresik ( Jawa Timur )
 
3.   Finance & Accounting Supervisor
Responsible to generate report relating to Accounting matters
Requirements:
·         Bachelor degree in Accounting
·         Minimum of 1-3 years experiences in Accounting
·         Strong knowledge of taxation
·         To be posted in Jakarta ( DKI Jakarta )
 
4.   Credit Controller Staff
Responsible to control credit customer, analyses accounts and complete administration problem related to billing
Requirements:
·         Bachelor degree in Accounting
·         Minimum of 1 year experiences in handling cash management or A/R collection
·         To be posted in Jakarta ( DKI Jakarta )
 
5.   Recruitment Officer
Responsible in all process of recruitment and selection
Requirements:
·         Master of Psychologist
·         Minimum of 2 years experience in doing the assessment
·         Good command of spoken and written English

6.   Training Officer
Responsible to design, create, and summarize the training evaluation; in addition, to deliver the training programs.
Requirements:
·         Bachelor Degree in any major; preferably from Psychology / Management
·         Minimum of 2 years experience as behaviour researcher or training evaluator is a must; has the experience as trainer or speaker is the advantages.
·         Able to make the measurements of the training module
·         Strong statistical knowledge is a must
·         Able to provide training and doing "Return On Training Investment (ROTI)" is an advantage
·         Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill

1.   Human Resources Management Officer
Responsible for maintain and update personnel administration related to Industrial Relation and Formalities
Requirements:
·         Bachelor Degree in any major; preferably from law
·         Minimum of 3-5 years in handling Industrial Relation
·         Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and to make company regulation & policies
·         Good interpersonal skill

2.   Process Engineer
Responsible for making design, analyzing the design and production of water/waste water treatment plant properly
Requirements:
·         Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
·         Minimum of 1 year experience as Process Engineer in water treatment
·         Able to work independently or as a team player
·         To be posted in Bitung-Tangerang (Banten)
 
3.   Customer Service Representative
Partnering with Sales Executive, to ensure all back office sales activities are completed and simultaneously grow the business
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Preferably having a  minimum of 1 year experience as Customer Service; although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of spoken and written in English]

4.   Electrical Engineer Staff
Responsible for doing control in automation of the plant
Requirements:
·         Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
·         Minimum of 2-3 years experience in automation process such as PLCs, SCADA, HMI and industrial networks.
·         Proactive, strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skill and communication skill
·         To be posted in Bitung-Tangerang (Banten)
 
5.   Civil Engineer
Responsible for planning, design and construction of structures
Requirement:
·         Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering; preferably from Parahyangan Catholic University / Institute Technology Bandung
·         Minimum of 2-3 years experience as Civil Engineer in concrete design for construction
·         Able to work independently or as a team player
·         To be posted in Bitung-Tangerang (Banten)
 
6.   Account Manager
Grow sales of IT solution in existing customers and develop new business opportunities
Requirements:
·         Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
·         Minimum of 5 years sales experience and a minimum of 1 year experience in using software application, preferably using of SAP application
·         Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
·         Able to work independently is a must
·         To be posted in Jakarta (DKI Jakarta)
 
7.   Product Executive
Develop sales to sell product of teaching aid in existing customer and develop new business opportunities
Requirements:
·         Bachelor Degree in any major
·         Minimum of 1 year sales experience is a must
·         Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
·         Able to work independently is a must
·         To be posted in Jakarta (DKI Jakarta)
 
8.   System Engineer
Responsible for performing computer programming, including preparation of program documentation, logic programs & structure charts, test & debugs computer programs; preparing technical documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
  • Good knowledge of  Visual Basic 6, Visual Basic.net, Java, SQL Server
  • Preferably having a minimum of 1 year experience as a Programmer or Application Engineer
 
9.   Technical Support – IT
Responsible of networks and PC's installation and troubleshooting
Requirements:
·         Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
·         Preferably having a minimum of 1 year experience as Technical Support Hardware with experiences in  windows and Microsoft Office installation
 
10. Maintenance Staff
Responsible in maintaining mechanical and electrical equipments (including installation, repairing, and preventive maintenance)
Requirement:
Graduate of High School or Diploma in Electrical or Machine Engineering
Minimum of 1 year experience as Maintenance staff
Wide knowledge of building maintenance system (mechanical and electrical)
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be domiciled in Jakarta area
 
11. Secretary
Provide all secretarial support function / services
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Academy Secretary
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as Secretary
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must
  • Good command of spoken and written Japanese and Korean
  • To be posted in Jakarta ( DKI Jakarta )
 
12. Sales Executive

Our client, a multinational global chemical manufacturing company (US based) is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Chemical Polyurethane (Raw Material) department. The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales in the designated area of responsibility in order to achieve the agreed business plan.

Major focus will be on serving existing customers aiming at highest shares of value/volumes at each customer. Develop new business opportunities for long term profit sustainability.

SPECIAL FEATURES/ REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge / Skills

• Degree / Master in Chemistry, Engineering, business administration or marketing.
• Minimum 7 years; relevant experience in the polyurethanes or construction chemicals market.
• At least 5 years in Manager level
• Good knowledge in the polyurethanes industry or construction chemicals industry or automotive industry
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Sufficient spoken Mandarin will be advantaged
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS office application.
