MARKETING ADMINISTRATION STAFF

Requirements:

* You should have minimum diploma degree.

* Fluent in written and speaking English is a must.

* Minimum 2 years experiences in Administration area,
preferably as Marketing Administration.

* Computer literate (minimum MS Office).

* Good communication skill, independent, able to perform
multitasking, and deliver tasks on time.

* To be placed in Cibitung - MM 2100 Industrial Area

1. Application Support Staff (PROG)

· Male / Female, Max. 27 years old

· Under Graduate (S-1) from reputable University majoring in IT/Computer Science with GPA Min. 3.00

· Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply, experienced programmer is an advantage

· Have a good knowledge on ASP, Java script, C#, C++, and SQL is an advantage

2. Staf Komunikasi Perusahaan (KP)

· Wanita, maximal 28 tahun.

· Minimal Sarjana (S-1) Komunikasi Massa jurusan Public Relations dari universitas bereputasi dengan IPK minimal 3.00.

· Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang Konsultan Komunikasi.

· Pernah bekerja di kantor konsultan Public Relation/ advertising agency merupakan nilai lebih.

· Menguasai perangkat lunak komputer MS Office (word, excel, power point, visio), program design dan pembuatan website.

· Kemampuan komunikasi: tertulis dan lisan dalam bahasa Inggris (aktif), mampu membuat press release.

· Memiliki kemampuan presentasi kepada pihak ketiga.

· Memiliki ketrampilan dalam hubungan interpersonal.

· Memiliki kreativitas tinggi dan mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan dengan minimum supervisi.

· Memiliki pemahaman dan pengalaman dalam penyelenggaraan event dan promosi dalam skala perusahaan.

· Pengalaman di industri Pasar Modal Indonesia merupakan nilai lebih.

3. Resepsionis

· Wanita

· Maximal 26 Tahun.

· Dari Akademi Sekretaris / Universitas ternama. S1 merupakan Nilai lebih.

· Berpengalaman dalam administrasi/ kesekretariatan/ resepsionis, lulusan baru silahkan mencoba.

· Mempunyai kemauan dan keinginan untuk belajar hal baru,

· Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, baik dalam bahasa Asing (Inggris) maupun Bahasa Indonesia.

· Mampu mengoperasikan Komputer, dengan MS Office basis.

· Jujur, teliti, dan rajin, dan proaktif

· Well groomed, Good Looking.

4. Magang Perpajakan/ Akuntansi

· Wanita, Max 25 Tahun

· Mahasiswa pada semester akhir atau Lulusan baru Perpajakan atau Akuntansi.

· Bersedia full time 8-17.

· Discipline, outspoken, result and action oriented.

ANALYST PROGRAMMER

Responsibilities
- System analysis, system design, system development, system maintenance & developing/maintaining system documentation, investigating/resolving problem related to system.
- Analyze & develop new programs/databases as requested
- Maintain all existing programs/databases for any updates
- Assisting users to optimize their system
- Create system documentation

Requirements
- Graduated from Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematic.
- 3 years experiences as System Developer.
- Familiar with VB / VB.NET, Visual FoxPro, MS. SQL.
- Have knowledge in Lotus Notes DB will be advantage.
- Have strong logical analysis skills, programming skills
& preferably design background.
