SENIOR SECRETARY – ADMIN (CODE: SSA)
(TEMPORARY BASIS FOR 3 MONTHS)
1. Minimum Bachelor degree in any field and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
2. Proven experience in administrative, organization, networking, at minimum 5 years experience
3. Effective office (clerical, secretarial), time management and organizational skills;
4. Ability to take initiative and work well with minimum supervision;
5. Ability to relate well to stakeholders and public in person and on telephone.
6. Well-organized, capable and practiced in handling complex and multi-faceted tasks.
7. Strong and well-developed communications and inter-personal skills.
8. Fluency in English
9. Demonstrated capacity in networking
10. Competence in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of programs (word processing, spreadsheet, power point, etc.);
